- Internal controls and compliance with corporate, legal, accounting and operational requirements
- Taxation and tax planning
- Treasury management including debt and equity instruments and managing relationships with relevant financial and legal institutions
- Feasibility study of projects, joint ventures and mergers and acquisitions which the Group may embark on from time to time
