Hanwa Co., Ltd. ("Hanwa") has entered into a sale and purchase agreement dated 1 December 2014 ("S&P Agreement") with Mr Ong Chin Sum ("Mr Ong") pursuant to which Hanwa agreed to purchase 56,217,982 ordinary shares in CosmoSteel Holdings Limited ("Company") held by Mr Ong. Pending completion of the S&P Agreement, Hanwa is deemed to be interested in the 56,217,982 ordinary shares in the Company pursuant to section 4 of the Securities and Futures Act, Chapter 289 of Singapore. The shareholding percentage is computed based on the total number of 263,999,997 ordinary shares, being the total number of issued ordinary shares in the Company as at the date of this notification.
