Based on, inter alia, records obtained from the Depository Register of the Company maintained by the Central Depository (Pte) Limited, the Company understands that the 28,229,992 shares (including the 5,645,998 shares issued pursuant to the Bonus Share Issue on 5 March 2010) that were previously held by the late Mr. Teo Chin Whatt as at 30 April 2011 are no longer held in his name pusuant to transfers to his estate (in or about May 2011) and various beneficiaries of the estate (in or about August 2011), none of whom hold a shareholding interest of 5% or more of the issued shares of the Company as at the date hereof. |
