Profit Guidance
For the Financial Period Ended: 31-03-2010
The Board of Directors of Cosmosteel Holdings Limited (the "Company") and its subsidiaries (the "Group") wishes to inform that the unaudited financial results of the Group for the half year of the financial period ending 30 September 2010 ("FY2010") is expected to report substantially lower revenue as well as net profit as compared to the half year of the financial period ended 30 September 2009. This is attributable to a decrease in demand for our steel products subsequent to completion of the projects of our customers mainly in the oil and gas industry.
Further details of the Group's performance will be released when the Company announces its unaudited financial results for the half year of FY2010 on or before 14 May 2010.
