The Directors of Cosmosteel Holdings Limited (the "Company") wish to announce that at the Third Annual General Meeting of the Company held on 20 January 2009, the declaration of a final dividend of 0.5 cent per ordinary share for the financial year ended 30 September 2008 has been approved.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the share transfer books and register of members of the Company will be closed from 16 March 2009 after 5.00 p.m. to 17 March 2009 (both dates inclusive) for the preparation of dividend warrants.
Duly completed registrable transfers received by the Company's share registrar, Boardroom Corporate & Advisory Pte. Ltd., 3 Church Street, #08-01 Samsung Hub, Singapore 049483 up to 5.00 p.m. on 16 March 2009 will be registered to determine shareholders' entitlements to the said final dividend. Members whose securities accounts with the Central Depository (Pte) Limited are credited with shares as at 5.00 p.m. on 16 March 2009 will be entitled to the abovementioned final dividend.
Payment of the final dividend will be made on 25 March 2009. |
