investors can easily access up-to-

Group. Investors can also sign up

and annual report.
On an on-going basis, CosmoSteel
engagesinatwo-waycommunication
with the investment community
via face-to-face briefings, phone
calls or emails. In addition to
our annual general meeting, we
conduct results briefings with
analysts and media jointly on a
regular basis.

was ranked 71st out of 663
companies on the Governance
and Transparency Index (GTI) in
2013, which was jointly launched
by The Business Times and the
Centre forGovernance, Institutions
and Organisations (CGIO) of
NUS Business School, National
University of Singapore.
